Preparation
For the dough, mix all the ingredients together until you have a homogeneous mass with no lumps. Put the dough in muffin tins and bake everything for about 20 minutes at 180°C (top/bottom heat).
While the muffins are baking, turn your attention to the buttercream. The butter must be soft and the icing sugar sifted.
Put this together in a bowl and mix until it becomes silky, creamy and whitish.
Remove the muffins, let them cool completely and pipe the buttercream on with a piping bag. Add a Spelt Biscuit to decorate and enjoy.
